Frequently asked questions

How do I get started with Momentum?
Start with the tutorials, then sign in and create or join your organisation. Once you have access, you can browse tasks, assign work, attach photos, and track progress across campaigns.
How do I invite another user?
Org admins can create invite links from the Users page in the web app. Invitees should use that link to create or join their account under the correct organisation.
Why am I not receiving notifications?
Check that notifications are enabled on your device, that you are signed into the correct account, and that your profile notification settings are configured. If the problem continues, contact support and include the device type and the affected account email.
Can I get help with billing or subscriptions?
Yes. For billing, subscriptions, seat limits, and organisation access questions, contact support and include your organisation name so we can help more quickly.
