Request deletion of your Momentum account

If you would like your Momentum by Calderis account deleted, email our support team and include the email address linked to the account and your organisation name.

How to request deletion

  1. 1. Email support@calderis.com.au from the account you want deleted, or clearly state the account email in your message.
  2. 2. Include your organisation name so we can verify the request and identify the correct workspace.
  3. 3. We will confirm the request and process deletion or explain any data that must be retained for legal or compliance reasons.

Data that is deleted

When eligible for deletion, we will remove or de-identify account data associated with the user, including profile details, access records, notification tokens, and other data that is not required to be retained.

Data that may be retained

  • Billing or compliance records that must be retained for legal, tax, or accounting purposes.
  • Operational audit records that may need to be retained by the customer organisation under its own compliance obligations.
  • Minimal backup data for a limited retention period before scheduled deletion from backup systems.

Backup retention periods may vary, but retained backup data is deleted on the normal backup expiry cycle.
